Your registration is confirmed after the conference fee and any additions are paid in full.

10 days after registration.

Cancellation terms and conditions

Full cancellation of your participation must be emailed to ITFA Conference Secretariat – ATS Event Solutions at confirmation@ats-eventsolutions.com. Amendments should be made via the portal if you have created a Portal account, if not, please notify the ITFA Conference Secretariat by email.

The following cancellation fees will apply to the registration fees:

  • Cancellations received until and including 31 May, 2025 – 50% will be refunded.
  • As of 1 June, 2025 – no refund will be made.
  • Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, a handling fee of €100 (EUR) will be levied. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee by sending an email to confirmation@ats-eventsolutions.com
